Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We currently ship from the Netherlands to:
- Netherlands
- European Union (EU)
- United Kingdom & other non-EU countries (see customs/duties below)
If your country isn’t listed at checkout, email us and we’ll try to help.
Processing times
- Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding Dutch public holidays).
- You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking once it ships.
Delivery times (estimated)
Orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment has been received.
Estimated delivery times:
- Netherlands: 1–4 business days
- UK: 4–6 business days

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect address information.

- NL: €4.95
- EU: €9.95
- UK: €9.95
Taxes, VAT & customs
- EU orders: Prices shown at checkout include VAT; no customs duties apply within the EU customs area.
- UK & non-EU orders: Local VAT, duties, and clearance fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility and are collected by the carrier or customs. Refusal to pay may lead to the parcel being returned; we can refund the product price (excluding shipping and return fees) once it is received back in sellable condition.
Delivery, risk & receipt
- Risk passes to you when you (or a person you designate) take physical possession of the goods.
- If a parcel shows damage or tampering at delivery, please ask the courier to note it and contact us within 7 days with photos so we can assist.
Address accuracy & undeliverable parcels
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable/incorrect address/uncollected, we can reship it to a corrected address (additional postage may apply) or refund the product price minus original shipping cost once returned to us in good order.
Lost or late shipments
If your tracking hasn’t updated for 7+ days (domestic) or 14+ days (international), contact us and we’ll open a carrier trace. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will replace or refund your order.
Changes & cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Once shipped, please use our Returns Policy.
Returns & right of withdrawal (EU)
EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for how to start a return and the conditions for refunds.
