3. Products
We do our best to display our products as accurately as possible.
Slight variations in color, design, or packaging may occur.
Our products are consumer electronics for well-being and not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices include VAT (where applicable).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
Orders will be confirmed once full payment has been received.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment has been received.
Estimated delivery times:Netherlands: 1–4 business days
- EU countries: 3–7 business days
- UK: 4–6 business days
- Rest of the EU: 7–15 business days
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect address information.
6. Returns & Refunds
You may return your order within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval.

7. Warranty
Lunara Echo products have a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
8. Liability
Lunara Echo is not liable for indirect damages, such as loss of income or data. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
9. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the courts in the Netherlands.
