Refund Policy
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer law.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be included.
- Returns must first be registered with us at admin@lunaraecho.com. We will then provide you with the instructions and return address.
Please note:
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive an email notification. We will then let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved:
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of error on our part or a defective product).
If your refund is rejected (for example, due to signs of wear, missing packaging, or damage), you will be notified and explained.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at admin@lunaraecho.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Items returned without prior notice or outside the 14-day return period.
Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at admin@lunaraecho.com, including your order number and photos of the product. We'll provide a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
